Memphis for more than 15 years. In various roles at the Metropolitan
Inter-Faith Association, she led a successful campaign to raise $25
million, coordinated the creation and operation of the Starry Nights
exhibit - a Top 20 Southeastern Tourism event and fundraiser - and

a manager and emerged as a skilled organizational strategic thinker
with an emphasis on branding, facilitation, communication,
implementation and evaluation. As vice president of marketing for the
Memphis Redbirds she added sports marketing to her skill set, working to
create and manage the branding of the team, AutoZone Park and the
Redbirds Foundation.
All of these experiences are a part of Kim’s
journey to where she is now – the soul of Gaskill Strategies and the
driving force behind Gaskill Strategies being able to help good
